% 03.07.2018 1.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order dated 22.06.2018 passed by the Tribunal declining interim relief to him. 2.
A perusal of the impugned order reveals that O.A. 2414/2018, filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 02.04.2018 issued by the respondents, has been admitted by the Tribunal and the matter has been directed to be placed before the Registrar on 06.07.2018, for completion of pleadings. 3.
Having regard to the nature of the interim relief prayed for by the petitioner in his O.A., we are of the opinion that if any such interim order is granted in his favour, it will amount to allowing the O.A. itself at the interim stage, which is impermissible. We, therefore, decline to entertain the W.P.(C)6712/2018
present petition.
4.
However, due to the urgency expressed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to ensure that the counter affidavit in the O.A. if not already filed, shall be filed within two weeks with a copy to the counsel for the petitioner, who may file a rejoinder thereafter. The matter shall be placed before the Tribunal as expeditiously as possible for final disposal.
5.
The petition is disposed of with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J REKHA PALLI, J JULY 03, 2018 sr W.P.(C)6712/2018
