% 30.04.2016 The case has been received from the Court of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, ADJ-03 (NW), Rohini Courts, Delhi in terms of order dated 23.04.2016 requesting for transfer of the matter to the District Court having territorial jurisdiction.

However, counsel for the plaintiff has handed over in court today certified copy of the order dated 25.04.2016 passed in TR.P.(C) 51/2016 transferring the above said suit to the Central District, Tis Hazari Courts and directing the parties to appear before Ld. District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts on 02.05.2016, who shall pass appropriate orders of transfer in this matter.

Registry is directed to send the complete file of CS (OS) 3598/2014 (New No. 56/2016), Sohan Devi vs. Harminder Singh & Ors. to the District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts today itself. REGISTRAR APRIL 30, 2016
