Noting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and noting the fact that this is an old docket i.e. more than 16 years old, this Court is of the view that the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order.
