% 30.05.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application for stay has been moved before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) pertaining to the assessment year 2013-14.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, we are disposing of this writ petition with the direction that till the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) decides the application for stay and two weeks thereafter, the respondents shall not enforce the demand raised, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition.
