% 31.07.2017 Despite service, there is no appearance for respondent no.2/School. Respondent no.4 Mr. Yogender Kumar is present in the Court and has placed before me a Certificate issued by DAV Sr.Secondary School, Pusa Road, New Delhi dated 31st July, 2017 to the extent that he has been adjusted in the said School on 24th April, 2017 after being rendered surplus on 20th April, 2017. The said certificate is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid position, the challenge in the writ petition by the petitioner to the order dated 9th July, 2017 whereby the Directorate of Education has adjusted Mr. Yogender Kumar (respondent No.4) in the respondent no.2 School has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

The petition and the connection application are dismissed as withdrawn.
