% 22.02.2018 When this matter was taken up on its turn in the forenoon session, the counsel representing the petitioner had appeared. It was pointed out by the counsel for the first respondent Punjab & Sind .Bank (plaintiff of the suit) that the petition challenges interlocutory orders passed by the trial court on 28.01.2017, 17.02.2017 and 18.03.2017 on the file of civil suit registered as CS No.18/17/88 (Civ. DJ-12697/16) which suit was decreed by judgment dated 20.09.2017, the appeaL(RFA No.73/2018) having been dismissed by this court by judgment dated 24.01.2018. He placed on record copies of the judgments of the trial court and of this court. The learned counsel representing the petitioner then sought pass over so that she could seek further instructions. Upon the matter being called out thrice thereafter, there is no appearance on behal? of the petitioner. It is 3:40 p.m.

C.R.P. 77/2017 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

The petition and the applications filed therewith clearly have been rendered infructuous and are dismissed accordingly. The interim orders passed on the file of the present petition stand vacated.
