% 19.07.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 30th May, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.3699/2014, whereby the respondent was directed to treat the petitioner's writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned order with regard to alleged illegal and unauthorized construction in properties no.A-299 and A-300, DDA Colony, Chaukhandi, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has not complied with the aforesaid directions.

Since no time frame for disposal of petitioner's representation was stipulated in the order dated 30th May, 2014, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, West Zone to decide the petitioner's writ petition as a representation within a period of four weeks, if not already decided, in accordance

with law.

A copy of the order disposing of the petitioner's representation/writ petition shall be communicated to the petitioner by Registered post.
