This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an exhaustive writ petition, and which writ petition will show what is the recruitment rule for the higher post of PGT(English), how the petitioner satisfies all the requisite eligibility criteria for being considered for promotion to the post of PGT(English), whether the post is a post to be filled in by promotion or by direct recruitment and if the post is to be filled in either by direct recruitment or promotion, then, how the vacancy W.P.(C) No.2863/2017

in the post has to be taken for the promotion post and not the direct recruitment post, how the petitioner satisfies the selection criteria if the post is a promotion post by showing that the relevant ACRs which have to be considered are as per the benchmarks required by the recruitment rule or by relevant circulars/guidelines of the Director of Education. 2.

Writ petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
