% 16.05.2017 Mr. Ali Qambar Zaidi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, after some arguments, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, before the concerned Magistrate in relation to the alleged incident that had occurred on 18th November, 2015, which came to be registered vide DD No. 15-B on 19th November, 2015 with the Police Station Vasant Kunj (South).

Leave and liberty granted.
