Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre („DHCMCC‟) and the Settlement Agreement („SA‟) dated 5th August 2016 has been signed by the authorized representatives of the Plaintiff and the Defendant. The said SA has been placed on record. They state that the suit be decreed in terms of the SA dated 5th August 2016.

2. The parties shall abide by the terms and settlement as set out in the SA. The SA shall form part of the present order.
