Ms. Indrani Ghosh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Bipin K. Dwivedi, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2 submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Pursuant to the settlement, the learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a cheque of Rs.1,75,000/- bearing No.851478 dated 29.05.2019 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi-110065 in the name of the petitioner, which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the respondents, subject to its realisation. 2.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of.

The respondent shall ensure that the cheque is honoured on its presentation.
