W.P.(CRL) 1928/2018 & CRL.M.A. 11846/2018 This petition seeks a mandamus for according protection to the petitioners, who have entered into a bond of matrimony of their own free will. Petitioner No. 1 claims to be major on the basis of an Aadhar Card issued to her. A copy of the same is on the record. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned APP appearing for the State submits that the petitioners have met senior officers at Police Station Seemapuri, Delhi and they have been supplied telephone numbers of the Beat Constable as well as the Division Officer and have been assured that their calls or messages on

the said numbers shall be promptly dealt with. Additionally, the Beat Constable would also enquire about their well being on daily basis for the next one month.
