% 30.03.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.515/2014 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 354/ 354D IPC against the petitioners at Police Station - R.K. Puram. The complainant is present in Court. She is identified by the Investigating Officer.
The parties have arrived at a settlement on 20.03.2017, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that she has not been subjected to any pressure or coercion and that she has entered the settlement
out of her own free will. The complainant further states that she joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.
The petitioner, who is present in Court, is sorry for his conduct and states that he is willing to atone for the same. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are quashed, subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Delh Legal Services Authority within two weeks and the receipt of the same be provided to the IO, only thereafter the case shall stand quashed.
