% 12.05.2017 Petitioner has assailed the order dated 6th December, 2016 passed the respondent under Section 72 of the NDMC Act, 1994. Against the impugned order remedy of appeal under Section 115 of the NDMC Act, 1994 is available to petitioner.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and same is dismissed. In case any such appeal is filed within four weeks, same may be entertained by the Appellate Tribunal without going into the question of limitation.
