% 11.07.2016 This petition has been preferred to seek quashing of FIR No.353/2016 dated 24.4.2016 registered under Section 308/506/34 IPC registered at PS Nebsarai, New Delhi.

The petition is premises on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners/accused and respondent No.2/complainant. The nature of injury is stated to be simple. Under the settlement arrived at between the parties with the assistance of the Panchayat, it has been stated that the present FIR be quashed. The petition is supported by the affidavits of the petitioners as well as the affidavit of respondent No.2, who is present in Court. Respondent No.2 is also represented through his counsel Mr.Mehmood Hussain, who identifies the complainant Mohd. Anees. In the interest of justice, petition is allowed in view of the settlement

arrived at between the parties and the FIR is quashed. VIPIN SANGHI, J JULY 11, 2016 sv
