CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIMAL KUMAR YADAV
O R D E R
% 13.01.2026 CRL.M.A. 974/2026 (for early hearing) 1.
This hearing is conducted through hybrid mode. 2.
Two reasons have been put forth for seeking early hearing of the Appeal that the Appellant is above 64 years of age and had undergone atleast two surgeries and his medical condition is not good, therefore, it is sought that the appeal may be heard as soon as possible. 3.
Learned counsel for the Respondent states that this alone cannot be a reason because sentence has already been suspended and the Appellant is out on bail.
4.
A system is being followed in the Registry to list the appeal in a chronological manner and this ground alone does not seems to be a sufficient reason to disturb that sequence.
5.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
