The Ex.-Director of the judgment debtor company has filed an affidavit as directed along with copy of the order dated 17th May, 2011 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in C.P. No.91/2009 by which the judgment debtor company was ordered to be wound up and Official Liquidator of that Court appointed as its Liquidator to take over charge of all the assets, records, effects and actionable claims of the judgment debtor company.

The counsel for the Ex.-Director of the judgment debtor company on enquiry states that the said order is in force and has not been set aside or recalled.
