% 29.06.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to state that on 21.06.2018 respondent No.1 has instructed respondent No.2-bank to release seven bank guarantees of ₹15,62,00,000/-. He has handed over copy of the aforesaid letter dated 21.06.2018, which is taken on record.
