This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellants will pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.30,000/- within a period of three months from today in full and final satisfaction of the claim of the respondent in the subject litigation. In case the amount of Rs.30,000/- is not paid within three months, the appellants will pay interest @ 18% per annum after three months till the date of payment.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
