BAIL APPLN. 560/2017 Issue notice. Mr. Katyal accepts notice. The petitioner has preferred the present bail application to seek transit bail in case FIR No. 122/2017 registered under Sections 307/504/506/120-B IPC at police station Dadri, G.B.Nagar.
A perusal of the FIR shows that there is no injury caused to the victim in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners shall take appropriate remedies from the competent court in the
State of Uttar Pradesh. For the period of two weeks, the petitioners shall not be arrested during which period, they may seek appropriate relief from the competent court.
