% 23.12.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in person states that the matter has been compromised and the compromise has been recorded by the court of Ms.Vineeta Goel, Additional District Judge on 24.11.2016. He further points out that in view of the above compromise he seeks to withdraw the present petition. He also points out that as per the order dated 24.11.2016 of Ms.Vineeta Goel, ADJ the rent deposited before this court and before the District Court is to be released alongwith interest that has accrued in favour of defendant No.1 in the suit, namely, Mr.Ashok Kumar Gupta.
