This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') for recording of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The application is duly signed by the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorized representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendant.

The terms of settlement are stated in paragraph 3 of the application. 4.

I have perused the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.
