O R D E R

% 18.12.2019 Pursuant to the last order, the affidavits have been filed by the defendants in IAs. 10076/2018 and 10077/2018 in CS(COMM) 979/2018 and in IAs. 16340/2018 and 16342/2018 in CS(COMM) 1238/2018 thereby

tendering unconditional apology to the court and undertake that they shall not violate the copyright of the plaintiff in future. Even though, the contents of Para 2 and 3 of the affidavits do not reflect bonafides on the part of the defendants, in view of the fact that defendants have undertaken to the court that they will not violate the copyright of the plaintiff in future, warning the defendants that if in future there is any violation, strict view shall be taken, the apologies are accepted.

The contempt petitions are closed.
