% 30.05.2016 Mr Avi Singh, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the official respondents, states that he has received instructions from the SDM, Dwarka, to the effect that, acting in pursuance to the complaint received on behalf of the petitioners herein, further investigation into the unnatural death of Dr Chandrika Hansraj Dedhia has been directed to be undertaken and the investigation shall be carried out expeditiously in accordance with law, under intimation to the petitioners. Directed accordingly.

It is hoped and expected that the investigation/inquiry to be carried out, as above, shall be concluded preferably within a period of three months from today.
