% 03.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought directions to CBI for investigating the offence alleged against M/s.Amrapali Aadya Trading and Investment Pvt. Ltd. On a query put by this Court today as to whether any complaint was filed before the concerned SHO or any other Investigating Agency, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that no complaint was filed.

In view of this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
