% 30.04.2015 FIR No. 0003/15 under Sections 323/341/452/506/34 IPC has been registered at the police station Nihal Vihar, on the complaint of one Shri Santosh Mishra. Complainant has alleged in the FIR that petitioner was his neighbour. On 1st January, 2015, on the occasion of new year, complainant was playing some patriotic songs on his music system in his office. Music was being played in low volume.

Despite this petitioner along with her husband and son came to his office and commanded him to shut down the music system. There was a meeting of BJP volunteers in the office of his brother, accordingly, complainant went to attend the said meeting. When he came back along with his brother, petitioner and her husband-Harjeet Singh

and certain other persons came there and gave beatings to the complainant by fist and kicks. They also threatened him with dire consequences. Co-accused-Harjeet Singh has already been granted bail. Learned APP for the State submits that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
