On the last occasion on 13th August, 2024, Mr. Sachin Dhamija, Advocate's appearance was noted for the petitioner. However, as per previous orders, no one has been appearing for respondent No.2. 3.

This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2 on 23rd February, 2017 by ASJ/Special Judge: NDPS Act, West, Delhi in FIR No.762/2015 under Section 376 IPC at PS Paschim Vihar.

Notwithstanding, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the Court does not see any reason to allow this petition; the matter is at the stage of prosecution evidence.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.
