By this petition, the petitioner who is the husband of the complainant in case FIR No.152/2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar seeks anticipatory bail. Learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer informs that the investigation in the FIR is at initial stage and no approval to arrest the petitioner has been sought yet and thus not granted.

Petition thus being pre-mature is dismissed. In case any approval to arrest the petitioner is sought and granted, before arrest of the petitioner, a BAIL APPLN. 1505/2018

notice for 7 days will be given to the petitioner. 4.
