Crl. M C No. 2112/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi to dispose of the matter on merits expeditiously within a period of 30 days. It will not be appropriate to give such time bound direction. However, keeping in view the fact that the petition is pending since the year 2009, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi, is impressed upon to expedite the disposal of the petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
