MA Nos. 327/2016 (parole) and 328/2016 (Exemption) Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the official respondents states that the petitioner's representation seeking pre-mature release has since been rejected by the Sentence Review Board.

In view of the afore-stated, Ms. Neha Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to assail the order whereby the petitioner's representation seeking premature release has been rejected. Leave and liberty granted.

The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The applications in the present writ petition are also disposed of whilst

reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings seeking parole, in accordance with law.
