% 19.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Town Vending Committee (TVC) has been constituted, the petitioner would approach the TVC for appropriate relief. In the meanwhile, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner be substituted in place of his father. Learned counsel for the NDMC submits that in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 16.04.2018 in the present writ petition, the request was considered, declined and an appropriate reply was addressed to the petitioner vide communication dated 24.07.2018. Another copy of the communication has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly liberty as prayed is granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC to seek substitution and for grant of a vending site, needless to state that the TVC would consider the same based on supporting documents, which may be filed by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of.
