% 10.01.2019 Present suit has been filed by the plaintiffs for partition of property bearing no. 29/14, Punjabi Bagh Extension, New Delhi. On 15th March, 2016, a preliminary decree was passed declaring the share of each of the parties, namely the two plaintiffs and the two defendants as 1/4th each in the suit property.

Subsequently, the defendant nos. 1 and 2 agreed to sell their 25% undivided shares each in the aforesaid property to the plaintiffs. Today, learned counsel for the parties state that the Sale Deed has been executed in favour of the plaintiffs.

Accordingly, present suit is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 10, 2019/rn
