% 13.01.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 10.12.2015 duly signed by the parties and the learned mediator is placed on record.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has received a sum of Rs.30,44,955/- in full and final settlement of the plaintiff's claim. The suit is accordingly disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement agreement, which shall continue to bind the parties. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees.
