% 18.12.2017 It is submitted that the petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 5th November, 2015, therefore, complaint case No.16/2012 under section 355/409 IPC titled as "Amar Singh vs. Arun Tyagi", pending in the court of Ms. Richa Parihar, Metropolitan Magistrate (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 Amar Singh is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Shri Gopal of police station Shakarpur. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection if aforesaid criminal complaint is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner

and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid complaint case is quashed.
