% 19.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking registration of the FIR against certain offenders details of which find mention in the present petition. A status report has been filed by the State. Learned counsel for the State, under instructions from the investigating officer (PS Defence Colony), states that investigation has been carried out qua the incidents mentioned in the present petition. It is stated that till date no written complaint has been received by the petitioner but on the various oral submissions made by the petitioner and in view of the contents of the present petition, investigation was carried out and as per the investigation no cognizable offence was carried out against alleged offender. Learned counsel for the state further points out that

the Beat Constable and the investigating officer have been sensitised of the situation and since this is an inter se dispute between the occupants of the same building (A-293, Defence Colony, New Delhi) a regular vigil is kept in that area to ensure that peace is maintained. This will continue.

The petitioner submits that there is an illegal antenna which has been put up by the occupants of the basement on his roof top which is under his occupation and ownership and which is not permissible. Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law on this count.
