% 05.07.2018 The original OMR answer sheet, in relation to the NEET session 2018-19, qua the petitioner, has been produced in a sealed cover, for the perusal of this Court.

I have tallied the said original OMR answer sheet with the photocopy annexed as Annexure P-3 at page no.51 in the present petition and observe that the said photocopy is a true copy of the original OMR sheet, which has been produced before this Court. The said Original OMR answer sheet has since been returned to Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBSE. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press this petition any further.
