% 04.07.2018 Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/South Delhi Municipal Corporation states that the subject premises has been sealed in view of the directions issued by the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in W.P.(C) No.4677/1985, titled as 'M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors.' In view of the foregoing, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in accordance with law. Leave and liberty granted.
