% 12.12.2018 CM No. 52225/2018 This application has been filed seeking clarification of the order passed by us on 12.09.2018. On 12.09.2018, the order passed by us in CM No.37290/2018 reads as under:- "CM No.37290/2018 For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Petitioners are granted six weeks time to file their respective appeals before the appropriate authority. It is made clear that no further time would be granted in future. Dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master."
In fact, the prayer made in CM No.37290/2018 was to the following effect:- "a.
direct the respondent no .1 DDA not to evict any of the 771 families declared ineligible for rehabilitation currently residing at the Transit Camps, Anand Parbat, Delhi; b.
grant the petitioner a further period of 8 weeks to take legal recourse on behalf of residents declared ineligible for rehabilitation by the DDA Appellate Authority;" After considering the aforesaid prayer, this Court had only extended time period for filing of the appeals by six weeks to the petitioners and nothing more. This application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of the specific order passed on 12.9.2018, extending the time for period for filing of the appeals and nothing more.
With the aforesaid clarification, this application is disposed of. Dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master. CHIEF JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO, J DECEMBER 12, 2018/aruna
