% 05.07.2018 Petitioner seeks interim Bail for six weeks to take care of his wife and one year old son.
It is submitted that petitioner's wife is suffering from Fistula in anus and has been advised surgery. Doctor has called her on 07th July 2018 for surgery. Further, that petitioner's son has been suffering from high fever. Doctor R. N. Khetarpal has opined that the temperature remains between 101 to 103 due to multiple Organ infection such as typhoid and acute urinary tract infection as a result of Septicemia. The medical documents have been annexed with the application which have been verified by the State. Documents have been found to be genuine.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of four weeks from
the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
