I.A. No.88/2016 (u/s 151 CPC) This is an application filed by the appellant/defendant for condonation of delay in filing the chamber appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed and the delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.

O.A. No.3/2016 (Chamber Appeal against the order dated 17th November, 2015, by defendant) The abovementioned chamber appeal has been filed by the defendant/appellant against the order dated 17th November, 2015 passed by the Joint Registrar whereby the application filed by the plaintiff under Section 151 CPC was allowed.

I have gone through the impugned order.

There is no infirmity in the said order. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. CS(OS) No.2123/2010 The plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of Rs.68,24,653.71/-. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 16th March, 2016. The date already fixed before the Joint Registrar as 14th January, 2016 is cancelled. The matter be not listed on the said date.
