This petition was filed seeking action for contempt against the respondents for wilful disobedience of directions of this Court dated 29.01.2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has alluded to the directions passed by this Court dated 14.02.2024 pursuant to which an affidavit by Dr. Vikas Gupta, Registrar, University of Delhi, has been filed. It is pointed out that earlier too, a compliance affidavit was filed by the Registrar of the University of Delhi, which is indeed on the record.

After some arguments, learned counsels for the parties acknowledge that all the benefits which emanate from the order dated 29.01.2015 of this Court have since been accorded to the petitioner and the orders have been complied within toto. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as settled.
