% 18.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of demolition order having been passed on 10.06.2014 qua the suit property, action has not been taken by the competent body. In his list of dates, he has mentioned the demolition order dated 10.06.2014. Admittedly, against this order, an appeal was filed before the ATMCD i.e. A499/2014 which was listed before the Appellate Tribunal on 26.02.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that in appeal, an interim stay has been granted by the ATMCD. His grievance is that the ATMCD has not decided the appeal so far inspite of its pendency since the last two years. The ATMCD will decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of two months from today.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
