% 11.07.2016 In view of notification No.1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 the matters listed for 8th July, 2016 have been taken up today. By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.93/2016 under Sections 419/420/466/406/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

The allegations in the FIR against the petitioner are that in order to avail a finance facility to purchase a mobile phone the petitioner submitted a fake adhar card, notarised rent agreement of an address where he was not residing and a cancelled cheque of an invalid account. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
