% 09.03.2018 Review petition no. 91/2018 & CM No. 7703/2018 (delay) This is an application for review of judgment dated 11th August, 2017. The application for review is belated and delayed by 160 days. (Applicant orally states that the delay is in fact 130 days). In the application for condonation of delay, it is pleaded that the applicant was on vacation in October and November. Applicant had met with an accident and had suffered fracture at Bhopal in November, 2017.

The present application for review was filed in January, 2018. We do not find any sufficient ground to condone the delay. Even otherwise on merits also there is no reason and justification to review our order dated 11th August, 2017. The applicant has stated that he is still working in Delhi.

The review petition and delay application are dismissed. No costs.
