% 24.08.2017 Ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.5.2015, the petitioner has come to be handed over the peaceful and vacant possession of the property. It is also stated that the dispute is amongst the farther and the son and the petitioner-father is now, aged about 80 years and does not wish to prosecute the matter further.
