% 01.02.2016 I.A.No.1517/2016 (U/o 23 Rule 1 CPC by plaintiff) Ordinarily, I would not have pecuniary jurisdiction to try the present suit, however, since the suit is being simplicitor withdrawn, accordingly, exercising powers under Section 24 CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, this application is taken up for hearing. Application is allowed and the suit is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed. The original documents filed by the plaintiff in this suit be returned to the plaintiff on the plaintiff filing certified copies of the same. I.A stands disposed of accordingly.
