% 02.06.2016 Status report has been filed by the State.

Petitioner a juvenile apprehending his arrest in case FIR No.0468/2016 has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned APP for the State submits that since the petitioner is a juvenile, as such, Investigating Officer will not arrest him but will produce him before the Juvenile Justice Board. In view of this scenario, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this application and submits that petitioner will surrender before the Juvenile Justice Board on 06th June 2016 at 10.00 am. Board will take further action in the matter in accordance with law. Liberty is granted as prayed for.

Application stands disposed of.
