% 31.03.2017 Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already applied for grant of parole to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 1st March, 2017 but no response has been received. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi to dispose of parole application of the petitioner within 10 days from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
