Ms. Tanushree, Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that she has instructions to withdraw the application being CM APPL. 47634/2025 for substitution of the Legal Representatives ("LRs") of the deceased appellant.

Accordingly, application being CM APPL. 47634/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appeal already stands abated, in view of the fact that the application for bringing on record LRs of the appellant has been filed after expiry of the ninety-day period, from the death of the appellant. She submits that the appellant had passed away on 23rd April, 2021.
