% 01.02.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuance to the last order, Departmental Promotion Committee has been held and petitioner has been granted promotion but not from the date of vacancy. Petitioner's counsel submits that although this petition has become infructuous but petitioner be granted permission to file a Representation to seek promotion from the date of vacancy.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and application are disposed of as infructuous, with liberty as prayed for.
